Welcome to Signature Singles. By purchasing a ticket, becoming a member, registering for an experience or attending a Signature Singles event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
To help create the atmosphere our guests value, all attendees are expected to abide by our Community Standards. These standards outline the values, behaviours and expectations that help ensure every Signature Singles experience is respectful, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

Signature Singles provides hosted social experiences and private membership services. We do not provide matchmaking services, pair guests together, guarantee romantic outcomes, or facilitate introductions between guests. Any relationships or friendships that develop arise independently between attendees.
Our role
Applications and invitations
- All dinners, retreats, and Circle experiences are curated
- Submission of an application does not guarantee an invitation
- Invitations are extended at our discretion to maintain balance, tone, and integrity
- We reserve the right to decline or withdraw invitations at any time
Decisions are made thoughtfully and are final.
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details regarding cancellations, transfers, and refunds.
Bookings and payments
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
- Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated
- Payment secures your place for the specific experience only
Attendance and conduct
- engage respectfully with hosts and other guests
- honour boundaries, consent, and personal space
- act with emotional maturity and self-awareness
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or not aligned with the standards of the experience.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
By attending a Signature Singles experience, you agree to:
Alcohol and substances
Guests are expected to remain self-aware and regulated.
Intoxicated or inappropriate behaviour is not permitted.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Personal responsibility
- personal decisions made during or after events
- relationships formed or not formed
- emotional responses or expectations
Participation is always a choice.
Guests attend all experiences at their own discretion and responsibility.
The Signature Singles is not liable for:
Health and wellbeing
Guests are responsible for managing their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
If you have health conditions, accessibility needs, or concerns that may affect your participation, we encourage you to contact us prior to attending.
Occasional photography or videography may occur at Signature Singles experiences.
We respect privacy and discretion.
Images will not be shared publicly without consent.
By attending, you acknowledge that discreet, non-identifying imagery may be captured unless otherwise requested.
Photography and media

In such cases, we will communicate promptly and offer appropriate options as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- The Signature Singles is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or distress arising from attendance
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the experience
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
